REGULAMENT GENERAL

1 - Hartuirea nu este permisa:

  • Limbajul vulgar este permis in limita bunului simt. Atacarea altor persoane cu sau fara limbaj vulgar este interzisa si va fi sanctionata foarte grav indiferent cine este atacatorul sau cine este atacatul. In cazul hartuirii in grup, pedepsele vor fi mai severe. Pe server sunteti toti egali fie un jucator venit de 5 minute fie un admin.
  • Mistocaria e in regula. Glumele intre prieteni sunt in regula. Bataia de joc nu este si nu va fi tolerata/ignorata/considerata "gluma". Daca credeti ca puteti deranja pe cineva si ca scapati sub pretextul de gluma va inselati.
  • Daca sunteti sociopati si va place cand altii se enerveaza, mergeti pe alte servere pentru comportamentele deviante de genul pana va plictisiti.

2 - Orice actiune care afecteaza negativ serverul este interzisa:

  • Absolut orice actiune facuta intentionat care afecteaza in mod negativ jucatorii, cursul jocului, functionarea serverului, site-ului va fi sanctionata dupa alegerea ownerului. Incheiem aici zilele in care "nu scrie in regulament" era o scuza valida. Jucatorii care gresesc neintentionat in mod repetitiv excesiv vor fi si ei inlaturati, daca esti destul de prost incat sa faci ceva rau si sa nu-ti dai seama nu faci parte din audienta noastra de jucatori (mai urca putin in alfabet).
  • Aceasta regula include dar nu se limiteaza la: Utilizarea de hackuri, scripturi, buguri care va ofera avantaje sau ii impiedica pe altii, reclama spre alte comunitati sau servere, spam-ul, accesarea conturilor care nu va apartin etc.

3 - Accesul pe server este un PRIVILEGIU si nicidecum un DREPT:

  • Prea multi jucatori au impresia ca va datoram ceva, ca accesul vostru pe server este drept omenesc sau ca ownerii au vreo obligatie de a respecta regulamentul sau pe voi.
  • Serverul cat si tot ce tine de el reprezinta munca colectiva si voluntara a ownerilor, staffului cat si a jucatorilor. In cele mai multe cazuri, gradul unei persoane reprezinta implicarea sa in acesta comunitate, deci si "greutatea" sa cand vine vorba de credibilitate. Daca vreun owner sau grup de admini si/sau jucatori (subiectiv la alegerea ownerului) ajunge sa va displaca/poarte pica, nici eu(Syko) nici altcineva nu are vreo obligatie de a asigura "dreptate".
  • Buna dispozitie a acestor persoane benefice valoreaza mult mai mult decat jucatorii toxici care le strica dispozitia.

INFORMATII IMPORTANTE

  • Jocul este FREE GAME, asta înseamnă că nu mai sunt impuse restricții tactice.
  • CT au voie RUSH, iar T nu sunt obligați să planteze bomba.

EASY CHEAT DETECTOR:

  • Easy Cheat Detector este o aplicație care prin utilizarea ei detectează o mare majoritate a codurilor.
  • Programul se poate descarca apasand click aici.
  • Odată intrat în el se dă click pe butonul 'Scan' afișat pe program, scanarea durează câteva secunde după care link-ul se copiază automat.
  • Informații suplimentare despre ECD:
  • Adminul are voie să vă ceară un test ECD daca lui i se pare ca trageți suspect.
  • Adminii trebuie să vă acorde suficient timp pentru a face scanarea, dacă un admin vă grabește inutil, îl puteți reclama aici pe website.
  • Dacă mapa serverului este schimbată iar voi trebuie să dați un test ECD și nu ați mai intrat pe server (erori ale cs-ului, etc) se consideră motiv de ban "drop ECD".
  • Dacă parasiți serverul prin orice fel de modalitate (crash, quit) primiți ban fara discutii.
  • Informatii pentru admini:
  • Odată ce un jucător a făcut scanarea cu scan-hack.com, puteți vizualiza raportul aici.
  • Trebuie să așteptați minim 10-15 minute pentru scan.
  • Atenție: site-ul este în limba rusă, așa că va trebui să folosiți traducerea automată din browser (de exemplu, click dreapta → „Traduce în română”).

GENERAL RULES

1 - Harassment is not allowed:

  • Vulgar language is allowed within reasonable limits. Attacking other people with or without vulgar language is strictly forbidden and will be severely punished regardless of who the attacker or the victim is. In cases of group harassment, the penalties will be more severe. On this server, everyone is equal, whether you've been playing for 5 minutes or you are an admin.
  • Joking around is fine. Jokes among friends are fine. Mockery is not and will not be tolerated/ignored/considered "a joke." If you think you can disturb someone and get away with it under the pretext of joking, you are mistaken.
  • If you're a sociopath who enjoys seeing others get angry, go to other servers for such deviant behaviors until you get bored.

2 - Any action that negatively affects the server is forbidden:

  • Absolutely any intentional action that negatively affects players, the gameplay, server operation, or the website will be sanctioned at the discretion of the owner. We are putting an end to the days when "it's not in the rules" was a valid excuse. Players who unintentionally repeatedly make excessive mistakes will also be removed. If you're so careless that you cause harm and don't even realize it, you're not part of our target audience (move a bit further up the alphabet).
  • This rule includes but is not limited to: using hacks, scripts, or bugs that provide you with advantages or hinder others, advertising other communities or servers, spamming, accessing accounts that do not belong to you, etc.

3 - Access to the server is a PRIVILEGE and not a RIGHT:

  • Too many players think we owe them something, that access to the server is a human right, or that owners have any obligation to respect the rules or you.
  • The server and everything related to it represent the collective and voluntary work of owners, staff, and players. In most cases, a person's rank reflects their involvement in this community, as well as their "weight" in terms of credibility. If an owner or a group of admins and/or players (subjective at the owner's discretion) comes to dislike you or hold a grudge, neither I (Syko) nor anyone else is obligated to ensure "justice."
  • The good mood of these beneficial people is far more valuable than toxic players who ruin their mood.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The game is FREE GAME, which means there are no longer any tactical restrictions.
  • CTs are allowed to RUSH, and Ts are not obliged to plant the bomb.

EASY CHEAT DETECTOR:

  • Easy Cheat Detector is an application that detects most cheats when used.
  • The program can be downloaded by clicking here.
  • Once opened, click the 'Scan' button. The scan takes a few seconds, after which the link is copied automatically.
  • Additional information about ECD:
  • An admin has the right to request a ECD test if they suspect you are cheating.
  • Admins must allow sufficient time for the scan. If an admin rushes you unnecessarily, you can report them on the forum.
  • If the server map changes and you need to take a ECD test but cannot reconnect (due to CS errors, etc.), this is considered "drop ECD" and may result in a ban.
  • If you leave the server in any way (crash, quit), you will be banned without discussion.
  • Admins Information:
  • Once a player completes the scan using scan-hack.com, you can view the report here.
  • The admin must wait at least 10-15 minutes for a person to scan.
  • Attention: the website is in Russian, so make sure to use automatic browser translation (e.g., right-click → “Translate to English”).
