Reason for Accusation: changing the map instantly when joining the server, dropping the population number and not even checking /maps or /harti for... once, at least for once, for the common sense

Short Description: As per the logs an screenshots - we were only 5-5 / 6-5 on de_dust2 for a while, people were bored by it and we voted de_amr; we only had the chance to play 2, 3 rounds when TalHaru*** joined and without checking once the history of the maps played (although the population present on the server had increased on de_amr), decided to create a vote for a single map: de_dust2.
Last penny of my thoughts: when you're only joinining for a few, wouldn't be nice to check if people really want to replay the previous map in the next 2 minutes, mandatory for another 20-25 minutes, while the admin lefts after the vote?
